Life is shaped by constant change — subtle or profound, chosen or unexpected. Each shift, whether welcomed or endured, quietly rewrites the story of who we are.While creating Pink Ginkgo and the Adriatic, I reflected on the inner state of a person entering a new environment: the fragile moment of adaptation, the search for grounding, and the gentle rebalancing that follows displacement.
The work grew from gratitude — to nature, to beauty, and to the place that offered shelter and the space to restore inner harmony. Through the symbolic form of the ginkgo leaf and the calm presence of the Adriatic, the painting becomes a meditation on renewal, transition, and the quiet resilience that accompanies every new beginning.
